Listened to both parts of TOCE back to back, and though honestly I have a tough time telling which one I like better, I keep coming back to Pt. 2 for its pummeling and memorable standout tracks. "The Heart Is Marked" and "The Shape of Hate to Come" are both ESA at their best: brutal, echoic and noise-blasting rhythm that will leave you in awe. Very glad I finally opened up to ESA, and very much recommended for heavy noise-beat aficionados.
